Mi Colombia is a celebration of the spirit of the Colombian people. The film highlights the history, colorful traditions and stunning natural beauty of Colombia. This one-hour television special visits Colombia’s world-famous Barranquilla Carnival, the beloved Flower Festival in Medellín, vibrant Christmas celebrations and passionate sporting events. Mi Colombia ties personal family photographs together with archival and contemporary footage of Colombia, underscored by the vibrant rhythms of its music.
Mi Colombia will air Thursday, April 12, 2007 at 9:00 p.m. on KLRN.
